Mind Body Skills Groups utilize scientifically-backed strategies to re-pattern and reprogram your neural pathways. You'll leave with decreased anxiety, and better able to cope with the stresses life throws at you.
Rather than learn just a single skill, the Mind Body Skills Groups teach a variety of coping mechanisms, so that you have a multitude of tools at your disposal. Each week you’ll be introduced to a new skill or topic: bio feedback, autogenics, various forms of meditation, and more. The training emphasizes the science between the mind and the body and why these techniques work, so you’ll have a clear picture of what’s going on inside of yourself.
Mind Body Skills Groups are closed groups of six to ten people. They meet once per week for two hours at a time, and last for eight weeks. You’re not simply going to have support for eight weeks, however—you can be confident you’ll be able to cope with whatever stressors happen eight weeks, six months, a year or many years from the time you finish.
