My associates and I are all settled into our new hanging grounds in Ritchie and loving it. If you haven't been by the new location, I have good hopes you'll be happy when you get here. Cozy and welcoming, it is full of good vibes!

This fall I'm excited to be taking my work out of the office quite a bit! I am doing several workplace sessions as well as presenting multiple times with the University of Alberta's Executive Education. I am also looking forward to being part of the BLOOM Festival! Perhaps I'll see you at one of these events, or if you're interested, contact me about setting something up for your workplace or community group.

I am planning to offer a Mind Body Skills group again this fall on Wednesdays. October 12, 19, 26 and November 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30, we will meet for two hours to practice mindfulness and learn new tools to be our most successful selves. This group is one of my favourite parts of my practice, so do consider joining and experiencing it yourself. Email me for additional information!

One of my go-to ways for self-care is a good meal. I love it when I am nourished by others, and recently I have been spending a little extra time in the kitchen making healthy meals for my family. If you haven't heard me rave about it yet, my fave recipes come from Oh She Glows. I made this delicious curry the other day and it was a lovely fall meal to savour. The colours replicated the dazzling changing of the trees and it was a hit with my loved ones. Let me know if you try it :)

I hope to connect with you soon. Until then, wishing you a fall full of grace and gratitude,
Deepika
