The Yoga Game in action at the launch party!
I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to each and every one of you for being part of my community. This fall has been full of big moments - the Social Media, Technology and Wellness book and my Yoga Memory game launch plus ending up on crutches ;) I could not have done any of it without my amazing support network! The launch party raised $1000 for the Be Free Project and that would not have been possible without the amazing businesses who contributed to the silent auction and all the folks who participated and purchased copies of my book and game! Thank you!!
Hearing stories of the impact of the book and game has been so rewarding! I really appreciate seeing the photos and hearing about how families are enjoying playing the game. One of my faves was learning about a nearly 90 year old grandparent that joined in the fun! Also, many shares about hours spent moving and laughing together, instead of in front of screens. Please keep sharing as I love it!
With the holidays right around the corner, I will be out of the office until January 3. I am also taking a page out of my book and will be off social media too - focusing on real time, in person interactions will be my intention for the break! I hope that you find time to take care of yourself and rest and rejuvenate during this season.
