I am excited to announce that as of September 1, 2019, I will be operating from the Ritchie Mill Building and have new hours of service. The office is located at #203, 10171 Saskatchewan Drive, Edmonton, AB, T6E 4R5. I will be there Mondays and Wednesdays 9:30 - 3 pm, Tuesdays 12:30 - 6 pm and Thursdays 9:30 - 2 pm.

As some of you may be aware, September brings change to my household. Our little kiddo is entering grade one! I try to create and live my life with intention, and one thing I greatly value is being present for our son. With the pending change, it became apparent to me, I would need to flex my schedule to support his upcoming change.

Although I believe the move will be for the best, it does come with a bit of heartache. I have been with my colleagues at North Land Family Counselling Group for ten years. They have watched me grow and I would be lying to say that it is not without some trepidation that I am leaving my nest. As my trusted mentor, Carolyn Barker, says, AFGO! Another F'ing Growth Opportunity ;) I have had to dig deep, consider what is best for my family and I, and draw my own conclusions.

I am beyond grateful that my wonderful colleague, Jenni Daines, is taking the leap with me into this new venture. Jenni and I are completing our Hakomi training together and she will be working out of the new office space during my off hours.

The move will bring some adjustments for clients. Rest assured, the new space is lovely, parking ample and Nibby will be coming too! However, I will no longer have front office support, and thus will be changing my booking and payment systems. I am still sorting this all out, so stay tuned for future updates. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as I navigate the pending changeover.

I often hear myself telling folks, 'we are all in the same soup.' Transitions bring up all the feels, for everyone, including me. I don't know about you, but for me, growth isn't optional. So, I guess, AFGO's are mandatory ;)

I look forward to connecting soon,
Deepika
