I hope this finds you well and taking care during the holiday season. While this time of year can bring joy, for many people it can also be a time of grief, high stress or obligation. It is important to honour our own needs and set boundaries where needed to help support ourselves through the many invites, family expectations, and often, our own internal sense of what has to be done. Saying 'no' can often simplify and leave us more space to show up in a better state, thus enjoying more. I'd be honoured to support you as you navigate some of these tricky decisions and moments of growth.
Nibby and I will be taking a break over the holidays to spend time with loved ones. Our last day in office will be December 18, 2025 and we are back at it January 7, 2026. I've noticed my calendar is very full, so wanted to remind everyone I have a running cancellation list. Be sure to send me a text or email if you are hoping to get in.
