I hope this finds you healthy and well as we start off 2023. The beginning of the year can bring many expectations - new year, new you, kind of rhetoric. I wanted to remind you how wonderful you are just as you are! Of course, if you want to set goals, do more of something or less of anything, that is great... I would just suggest making the choice to work towards these changes from a place where you are grounded and feeling good about yourself, rather than external expectations and demands. Always here to help if that is useful.
For clients who have been coming in person, I wanted to give a heads up that our office will be a construction zone in the near future. You may be aware the office had a major hit and run in July of last year (thankfully in the night when no one was here). The renovation company has been given the go-ahead to begin the repairs to our building. They are working on the schedule, so it has not been precisely established yet, but they are thinking it will be around the beginning of February. The noise created by the demolition and reconstruction will be disruptive, but we don't know how disruptive or for how long. Until we have the date and timeline, we can't do much, but I thought a heads-up would be helpful as I may need to move sessions online. Please feel free to continue booking in person if that is your preference; I will just touch base and readjust if need be.
I know construction and renovations can feel like a drag or inconvenience but I am taking a page out of my toddler's book to cultivate gratitude for this work. If you have any questions or concerns please drop me a line.
I look forward to seeing you soon - whether virtually or in person :)
