Summer offers such a lovely chance to connect with nature, and thus, ourselves. What are you doing to nurture you?

Just a quick note to let you know I would love to see you in person this Saturday, June 2 from 1 - 3 pm for my book signing at Chapters Strathcona!

It is hard to believe that it has already been nearly one month since I came home from India! What a fabulous trip - full of amazing family visits (including a traditional Indian wedding), some great sight seeing (like Elephanta caves) and unexpected wonder (such as the chance to visit a remote school run by a volunteer group - pictured above)!

It’s not that easy, is it? By now, you've likely heard me chat about the effects of social media and technology on our lives. I continue to see the realities of our dependance on social media and technology coming up with greater frequency in my client sessions and workshops. That’s why I wrote my recent book and that's why I'm taking the time to try and get the concepts from it out into the world.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to each and every one of you for being part of my community. This fall has been full of big moments -my big launch party for the book and game,  plus ending up on crutches ;)

I know I have been quite quiet this fall, but that is only online! In real time, I have had the chance to be taking some projects out into the world!

I hope this finds you and yours well and safe as autumn begins. It has been an intense time in world events - with crazy fires, floods, hurricanes, and monsoons. My heart has has been feeling quite open, and at times I have been feelings helpless to rise against what is occurring around the world. I was reminded of the importance of who we are being, and not just what we are doing, as we cope amidst disasters.

Just a quick update to let you know that I am back online, but with a bit of a catch! Offline time felt very refreshing and so you may not see my very active on social media.

Excited to rejuvenate myself by taking a tech break while on holiday! I will be back in the office July 12 and encourage those of you who are current clients to book a session for my return!
