Life Unfolding
Sometimes, we have to create space to allow things to unfold in a way that feels better. We need to give ourselves permission for this shift in gears. Although I cannot predict if this baby will arrive four weeks early (like last time), I am trying to mindfully choose a slower pace, ask for more help, and set boundaries. I stopped seeing clients a week ago, have had time to do paperwork and referrals, and am hopeful that I can fill my reservoirs of rest, nurturing and nutrition before babe arrives.
Magic of New Beginnings
As we enter the 2019 holiday season, I cannot help but be aware of new beginnings around the corner. Of course, my growing belly is a constant reminder of the change that is coming into my life personally and for my family. But also, conversations in my office consistently remind me of the flux this change will bring to my professional life and to my dear clients.
