As we enter the 2019 holiday season, I cannot help but be aware of new beginnings around the corner. Of course, my growing belly is a constant reminder of the change that is coming into my life personally and for my family. But also, conversations in my office consistently remind me of the flux this change will bring to my professional life and to my dear clients.

If you haven't seen me in some time, I have been sitting on some important news. In an effort to catch as many people in person as possible, I have been waiting to share publicly.

As you likely know, it has been just over a month since I moved into my new space. Nibby and I are settling in, but let me tell you, we had some bumps!

The official transition has happened, and as of next week, I will be seeing clients in my new space at Ritchie Mill. Keep reading for tips and tricks to make getting to your next appointment as stress free as possible.

As is often said, change can be hard. I have experienced my first hiccup and just learned my online calendar was causing grief. The issue has been remedied, and if you are an existing client, you can now continue to book online at your convenience. If you have any issues, please do not hesitate to be in touch.

I am excited to announce that as of September 1, 2019, I will be operating from the Ritchie Mill Building and have new hours of service. The office is located at #203, 10171 Saskatchewan Drive, Edmonton, AB, T6E 4R5. I will be there Mondays and Wednesdays 9:30 - 3 pm, Tuesdays 12:30 - 6 pm and Thursdays 9:30 - 2 pm.

Several times this week I have had the privilege of encouraging people to claim their voice. Speaking our mind can be challenging, and yet, if we don’t, we often end up feeling powerless. Though it may be anxiety provoking, courageously speaking our truth, creates a life aligned within ourselves.

Despite the cold, it seems as though the first few months of 2019 have zipped by. Things have been been good, and yet, many times I have felt pulled in several directions. What better time than spring, to clean up my act to make choices more aligned with my intentions.

As you move through your life, and your decisions, make space for yourself. Connect with your true north. Remember tuning into yourself is as valid an information source as anything else.
